Poisonous mollusc

"This seemingly common slug hides a deadly, if not remarkable, secret. While its relatives are herbivorous, this nasty creature is purely carnivorous; implementing its sharpened fangs to rip and tear prey apart. In addition, a neurotoxin, secreted through glands in the oral cavity, is used to immobilize prey, while it is used defensively through secretions in the skin (albeit at a lower dosage)."
